Social and environmental sustainability is for us a truly profound, essential and unyielding value. Showing care for every project and every single relationship with suppliers, partners and associates, for over 30 years we have been committed to raising awareness that sustainability should finally be regarded as the main form of respect towards a human being.
We seal agreements with our associates based on trust, esteem and respect. We ensure our staff a working environment that encourages their professional development, taking account of the various needs of each person and rewarding merit.
Company Ethics is, in our eyes, a meeting between concrete facts and tangible results that range from adherence to the Italian Responsible Payment Code (Codice Pagamenti Responsabili – CPR), an element that is sought-after by the suppliers we deal with, to attention towards the comfort of our in-house staff, who have comfortable and spacious work areas and smart lounge areas in every site.
With an approach that is certified by two international auditing bodies, Intertek and EcoVadis, we aim to ensure each employee an excellent quality of life, which is why we decided to make a company gym available to all our staff and also a large green area outside the buildings.
We show a keen interest in Social issues: we believe that any company is an integral part of the community and can find the tools to improve its well-being.
We have chosen to pursue this objective by launching a collaboration with the Fondazione Padri Somaschi Onlus, an organisation that has been providing assistance in various Italian regions since 1486. This positive synergy that has been in progress since 2013, has allowed us to make a contribution, towards projects associated in particular with two crucial themes (the position of women and the well-being of children), also through the provision of 1% of the company’s turnover.
For us, the Environment is a tangible, day-to-day commitment that has been a feature of our company choices for over 30 years. Every day, we are involved in promoting, introducing and implementing respect for the environment.
It is something we have always done, in the knowledge that a commitment on a daily basis, even taking the smallest steps, is crucial for making a difference.
We have turned what we consider to be one of our guiding values, into an effective reality within our company universe: we purchase only 100% renewable energy from certified suppliers, we have been actively recycling waste for more than ten years and have significant outside spaces devoted to green areas.
